Located on Church Street, in the heart of Old Vienna, our comfortable and modern office perfectly reflects Vienna’s quaint, yet professional character. Vienna, being a unique market in the real estate space (builders being a very dominant force) inspired us to create this office with the intention of partnering with local builders, developers and investors in the surrounding area. Our focus was to provide a space for clients along with builders to come and design their new home or their remodel while still being able to service the larger residential real estate community. The amenities offered in this office provide a “showroom” feel allowing for sample storage bins, high-top tables, and a comfortable conversational gathering space.
While only a few miles from the heart of Washington DC, Vienna has a vibe all its own; one that is defined by its eclectic mix of restaurants, locally-owned shops, and a desirable public school district.
As active community members themselves, our agents have deep insight into the markets of Wolf Trap, Madrillon Farms, Browns Mill, Hunter, and all other neighborhoods in the surrounding areas, and are available for consultation on your next purchase or sale in Vienna.

KWMC Vienna agents are your partners, trusted professionals, and local experts supported by bespoke marketing and training resources found nowhere else. Our entire philosophy is winwin, or no deal. Begin your search for a Vienna agent below.
